If it's during working hours I answer the phone by saying law offices if it's after hours I answer answering service doesn't always work then I always block the number normally they just called back from another number anyway

the caller asked or the head of household and said he was with the police officers association and he was looking for donations, after i said yes he said to hold for a moment and then it was dead silence for like 2 minutes so i hung up
