It is harrasment I heard of a Federal Government online website thats ado not call list maybe we can try that cause I get the same thing to the same recording message from the same number , I think the best bet to do go to the online do not call list but I heard that some numbers cant be placed on the do not call list which is weird so if that site cant help, then I guess there's nothing left hopefully they write something into law about harassing calls
