The ID said autocare. I am assuming it wants people to extend their auto warranty. I called the warranty people about my car. They want another $200 a month. I don't think so.
Was one of those automated systems that's supposed to sound like a real person. You can mess with these by answering it's questions with random responses.
"Were you aware your auto warranty has expired?"
"Purple...18...Banana"
