Since many others have reported this caller is soliciting for a charity, they are exempt from screening against the DNC list even if only a tiny portion of monies collected actually benefits the charity. Therefore your complaint is invalid and will be ignored.
Despite being on a no call list and using Robo-call (which does intercept almost all scam/spam calls) calls from this number still get through and the phone rings and rings. Why won't government DO SOMETHING????? ENOUGH already!
