Received a call from this person.  My cellphone caller ID identified the caller as a call from Omaha/Lincoln, Nebraska
No other information is available.

I think there some kind of collections agencey.

Called me this morning. They hung up when I answered. Tried calling them back and said number was invalid. Number traces back to a "Gricel Lopez" in Omaha, NE.
