I was just called twice with hangups both times within five minutes of each other from that number. After seeing these comments, I called the number back three times to give them a taste of their own medicine. The first time they hung up on me, the second time I hung up on them and the third time a sales rep from Mediacom, my local cable company, addressed me by my name and tried to sell me unlimited phone service. I at least now know why I won't be answering for that number any more and I am sure that sales rep realized, when I finished saying what I had to say and hung up, that he had made a major mistake if a sale was his goal.
