Who called from 4022160293

Phoned and left a message.  We could hear "dead air", a "blip", and then what sounds like a quick second of music before the message ended.

1-402-216-0293 sure would like to stop harassing calls like this. I think this # has come up before always the same dead air.

got this # on my caller ID, have no idea who it is or what they want, what good does a DO NOT CALL LIST DO????

Had several calls from this number - recording says to call back in 48 hours as the call cannot go through - odd - and annoying.
