Charter CABLE company called once to " confirm" that tech would be here between 3:45 pm and 4:45 pm, he was ALREADY here! Then AFTER he left,, called AGAIN to " confirm" that tech would be here between 1 pm and 2 pm! This AFTER the tech call was completed. Our internet router box was hot and needed replacing according to them. Now, this box which has been on approx. 1 hour is also HOT, which according to them is NOT supposed to happen. MAJOR problems with Charter cable and we've only had internet and telephone with them for 2 weeks! DO NOT ORDER!
