I keep getting phone calls from this number as well. It's been going on now for about a month. I call it back and sometimes it just rings and rings. Other times it will answer with no response. I had the number blocked but I can look at my missed calls online and it is still calling. I wonder if they are trying to get into my information and is a hacker.

Calls every day (sometimes multiple times) and doesn't ever leave a message. I do have a mortgage with GMAC, but if this were a legitimate or important call, a message would be left. I will file multiple complaints with the Do Not Call Registry to correspond with the multiple calls. Even though I do business with GMAC, reporting all unverified calls has worked in the past for me.
nev-nev also has good advice, "I called my bank and told them to take me off all promotional offers, and it will take 60 days until that takes effect."
this number has been repeatedly calling me to the point of harrrassment. I told them to stop and they called again. I answered to again say to stop and got a customer service person having a personal conversation who then hung up!
