Cold sales call from some roofing contractor. When I informed the caller I am on the federal do-not-call list he became argumentative and belligerent. As a contractor myself I'd advise anyone to do extensive research on any contracting company that resorts to cold-call sales tactics since more often then not they either do shoddy work or are outright scams.
