There was no name attached to this number.  I called it back, using *67 to block my number from them.  It was an automated answer from United States Prescription Card Department about free prescription card.  They want you to give them your name and address and they will send you a "free prescription card" if you are currently taking prescriptions and earn under $65,000/year.  Like I'm gonna give them personal information like that!  Beware if you get a call from this number, folks!
