402-262-0430 is originating from DeWeese Ne (pop 65). This is a scam using Windstream Tel Co @ 1440 M St Lincoln Ne  402-436-4500. Have called the annoyance line 1-888-558-6700 but man there didn't seem to be interested. Am filing complaint with FCC, Nebr Attorney General & Nebr Fraud div.
