Got a call from this number, 402-302-5003 on 9/8/16 stating that the IRS was filing a law suit against me and to call them back ASAP. I did not call back because I know the IRS would not make a phone call like that but wanted to report it.
The same exact pre-recorded phony message as in prior voicemails I have received from this IRS SCAM. The caller indicates that this is the 'Final Notice' before the IRS files a lawsuit against you. The message always refers you to call the same number listed in the Caller ID. This number has been added to the long list of scam callers that I have BLOCKED over the last few years while on the Do-Not-Call List!
