first of all I said nothing about not receiving anything in the mail I just don't open junk mail nor mail that I think is more than likely a bill second isn't the 800notes for people to describe a phone experience from a particular number and that's what I did I bet if I said something negative I would have gotten plenty of praise smh why must everything someone post be trolled I don't care if you believe me or not in fact when you pass out from laughing don't wake up. I am a manager for Kroger so I deal with customer service issues and complaints on a daily if I get a chance to speak good about someone even a debt collector I will ive gotten fraudulent calls but not once did he mention what they usually mention which is going to jail or my wages being garnished he gave me the honest deal and I appreciated and am speaking on it don't like it? suck on a lemon your credit is probably horrendous because of "fraudulence" lol

got a call from an investigator Daniel Schultz saying that their were allegations attatched to my social and that I owed money to some company named "llc group holdings" I never heard of this company so I thought that it was fraud immediately. I only stayed on the line because he was actually polite and sounded like he knew what he was talking about which added some skepticism to my first thought as well as him having all of my information, as the conversation drew on I realized I took out an online payday loan and had completely forgotten about it as I had closed that bank account some time after I obtained it he said he would work with me and he did, as well as provide me with documentation with every step im only posting here because a lot could be avoided if you hear someone out Im glad I wasn't quick to hang up on him he saved me quite a bit of money!
Let's see if I got this right. You have a loan that you "completely forgotten about". In all this time you have gotten NOTHING in the mail, reminding you about this loan? So no proof of debt, sent to you by US Mail, but you're ready willing & able to settle with the first person who calls you? So do I pass out from laughing? or from disbelief? I don't mind the cow wandering through 800 notes, it's what you have to avoid stepping in.

Called and threatened to take me to Supreme Court for a payday loan. Then it was a bad check loan. Wouldn't give any info on them whatsoever. No address, no case file. Said they are Rapid Litigation but comes up as Asset Financial. Told me if I didn't pay, they would take me to court and I will be prosecuted with up to a year jail time and fines. But only if I Pau by credit card today. Yeah......I'm good. Filled out forms with attorney general and local police.
