Who called from 4023224040

Called me at 7 in the morning when I was still asleep, they clearly don't know that I live in California and so it must be a telemarketer.

I've had two calls from these people in the last week. It says 'Alert Spec' on the caller ID, but when I answer, they hang up. It's kind of creepy. I'd rather get a roboscam call about my credit card debt than hang up calls.

Similar to previous reporters. Hang up after answering.

This 402-322-4040 called on May 3 at 2:45 afternoon. Seems strange and didn't answer.
