We have received several calls from this number. The first call they told me they were the VFW looking for donations...this was at supper time and I told the gentleman that it was not a good time. The next day they called while my husband was not home and it was a very odd conversation. I told the man that he was not there and asked if I could take a message, he said no and I had to ask several times to get him to answer what institution he was calling for and the nature of the call. Since then they have called back and left no message, or if we have picked up then they hang up. This evening it happened again, so I called the number back and it went to the VFW office where I left a message. The first conversation I had seemed normal, but the subsequent times have been quite odd. I'm guessing it is a scam, and that they are using a program to mask their true identity.
