Who called from 4023659849

I have been receiving calls from this num +1 402 365 9849 and when I answer all I hear is [***] [***] [***] it was a woman and puts the phone in my ear down and 5 min later she called again and then she started talking to me sounds like chineas but put down again as I asked what she wants.Be careful guys I think they want to hack in ur peronal details they can get into ur bank acc to like that.This num is from the states and canada

Number keeps calling me, almost a dozen times in the last few days! Safer not to answer

I am in South Africa

Been getting calls from this number since December - no answer.
Any ideas who this is ???
