Who called from 4023789163

402-378-9163....calls 5-7 times a day. Don't care if business or personal.  They answer the phone with "Health Group"....scammers, as this number is not related to any company & the name is not Legit.  I have tried to request the removal of my business number and each time, they hang up.  I don't understand why our government can't seem to do anything about these people getting ahold of phone numbers and not having to adhere to the consumer rights.  We are like sitting ducks (we break the law, we suffer) they do not.

Calls about 8 or 9 times a day.  Telemarketing I guess.  Told them to stop.  They didn't.  Blocked them.  They started calling on (402)378-9162. Blocked that.  Uggh

Telemarketing [***]. Will not stop calling. Trying to sell Obamacare. Don't need it, don't want it. They also use 402-378-9162.
