Called my cell. No one on other end. Wrong number?

Called my cell unsolicited. No one on other end.

I have cell on Do Not Call List but periodically random dialer scammers get through. Usually they hang-up or dead air when I ask who is on the line.

Picked up, but call was disconnected. It's been a couple of hours with no attempt at another call. Assuming it's a scammer or pollster, given other comments here.
