BMO at 4023855321

I got a text message from them that said "B ANK 0F MONTREAL"

First of all, if there was an emergency you would get a letter in the mail by your bank.
This person is a scam an fraud, do not answer their call or text them back. And DO NOT call that number provided.
You just ignore and/or block the number for your own safety.

If you have any concerns, call your real bank number or go to the bank and tell them about your issue. They will let you know the dangers of fraud and scammers.
