trying to sell a dress for $150, received a check amount $1210.00(red flag) from Collin Michael from Lincoln Nebraska check drawn from Suntrust Bank 300 E McBee Ave. Greenville SC 29601 account number name and routing number Presbyterian College, Complicated instructions. Beware!!!

This is a scam! I had to reply to my own post(LOL), to tell you this. People be informed!

I was selling a dress for 450.00 and received a check for 1764.00 with instructions to cash and wire the remaining money

The check is no good.  It will bounce and you will be out the money and the bank fees, and with a check that large, there is a remote possibility that you might be charged criminally as well.
Take the check and the envelope it came in to the post office and have them forward it to the postal inspectors.
