I have been receiving calls every day, twice a day, for the past month or so.  Every time I block a number, they call from a different out of state number.  This particular number (402)395-8262, shows on my cell as Albion, NE.  When googled, it shows as "Norfolk Florist Concierge".  For some reason, many of the numbers come back listed as florists.  Not sure what type of scam this is, but I wish I could make them stop calling my personal cell phone. I'm on the National Do Not Call List, so apparently that means nothing to these scammers.
