Who called from 4023964472

Appears on caller ID as vexaros.  Calls at least three times a day.  Automated voice when answer.

This caller calls six to seven times per day. They do not leave a message. Very annoying.

Automated voice that attempts at first to sound like a person, then goes into mortgage refinance options.  It called me 7 times within one hour.  I made 2 attempts to "opt out" of calls in their own system, which failed....finally had to block them on Verizon.

Called 4x in one hour

Pain in the butt persistent suckers.  Have received approx 20-25 calls in the past week or so.
