Who called from 4023967261

A robo call fromthis number states that i have failed to comply by returning any calls which means my file will be placed back with the company. I need to call 844-870-8228 right away . called and no informeation was given on who they are or who they are calling from. States i need to pay 300 to settle a payday loan or something but would not give any detail inofrmation on when, where i supposedly got the loan

This was a poorly recorded robocall stating there was a problem with a recent banking transaction and I needed to press 1 to speak with someone about the problem.  It's doubtful the "next available agent" would have my files at their fingertips!  Also my accounts are all smaller local banks and credit unions -- they don't do robocall.  It's a Nebraska area code.  The 396 prefix is assigned to Pilger.  Never been there!

Received this robo call saying that I have failed to comply by returning their call concerning a financial transaction and now I need to call 844-870-8228 immediately to rectify the situation.  A threatening sort of call.  They did not say WHO they were, WHO they represented, WHAT transaction, WHEN, or WHERE.  It was obviously a scam but a scary one.

ID themselves as "Tier One" supposedly debt collectors.
