I constantly get calls from these people. No message, and no answer when
I pick up phone. I have been getting these calls for a number of months

I have a very late Bank of America card & the rude guy says he works for a collection agency called Client Services "in the Midwest" but won't give me an address.
I have received numerous calls from this number; when I answer the phone they say nothing. When I don't answer the phone they do not leave a message, this is very frustrating.
