Received this call Just before 9pm. Rang twice. I picked up, Call was already disconnected.  Caller ID said  FOP NE   .  Who is this?

They are a telemarketing company claiming to represent the Fraternal Order of Police. However they do not represent any local FOP. If they do make a donation to the FOP, it is no more than 10% of what they get. If you want to support the FOP you can make a donation directly to that organization.

Maybe FOP stands for the Fraternal Order of Police.

My caller ID says Direct Buy. I have no idea who this is.

Multiple calls starting at 6:00 am pst.  And so far ending at 11:00 am.goes to voicemail with no message.
