A call from "Microsoft Technical support"... and the guy wants access to my computer. He says their server has been getting error messages and he wants to help me fix it - needs me to sign on to some website giving him remote access to my computer. I asked for his call back number which is 402-413-1465 so I can see if it is actually Microsoft. But, when I call back, a guy with a heavy accent answers "hello" instead of with a business name. This is a scam to get access to my computer!
