Telemarketer for Spectrum Cable. They are a merger/spinoff with Time Warner Cable.  Called cell phone 8 times in two days and never leave message.  Finally answered and they identified themselves as "spectrum, your new cable provider in the area"   Asked them to remove me from their list. Their response was...  it may take up to 45 days to remove you from our list.  Number Blocked
