Received a call these people said they were calling from gmail.com, saying that my account had been compromised and someone in Texas and California has accessed my account. They wanted to to do something on my computer but I was not home. After I started to inform them that I know gmail wouldn't call me and I have security setting on my phone to notify me if someone had actually been using my account.. they hung up on me
1st call from this number, but third in a week (dift numbers each time) saying they're from Comcast and people are reporting and complaining that I'm sending spam and asking-for-money emails from my Comcast email and they can fix it for me. the first time I went along with it for a bit but then hung up and looked up the number and found it to be spam second time I told them right away I knew and they hung up. Third time just now I told them they were spam and the guy insisted he wasn't I asked me to get license # on my computer I said he should have it and so he gave a long alps-numeric number and I said I'd check it and hung up
