Don't answer. It is totally a scam. yesterday I answered this phone since I thought it was a friend calling because her code area is the same. Well... the guy told me I won a credit card and wanted to get information of my debit card. It was annoying to get a call of this type specially when I was going with my husband to a funeral. To be polite I asked the guy not to call me anymore, and I am not interested in any of that "wonderful offer". He still tried to kept me on the line asking if I could hold just to give him certain information, I got mad and I shouted I am not interested... no, no, no, and no.
