Person called and was rude, hung up on me when I asked who was calling. COntinued to call back several times in a row. When I called the number back it says it has been disconnected. Whats up with that?
calls and asks for my husband. ask who it is, he says Rick from industrial. I ask if I can take a message and he hangs up on me. Pain in the neck! I call back and it is a number that is no longer in service.
This guy has called several times. Extremely Rude!! Asks to speak to my husband (owner of business), I am also owner of business... he repeadedly cut me off. Confronting me saying "is this how you do business with customers", when I asked who is calling he said "are you always this rude".
I told him we would not do business with someone like him and told him not to call here again... I than said "Please do not call this number again"... he said "well, now that you asked please. I asked him to take our name and number OFF his call list, he said "what list, I don't have a list"... THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!.
My husband now works for another local company and we have made sure that all our subs arwe aware of this company due to the attitude and rude calls we have been getting, we have asked them not to do business with them.
Please do something about this guy... I will contact my phone company after this and block this number from ever calling us again. If I have to contact my lawyer and press harrassing charges on this guy and your company I will do so.
