This number was formatted strangely on my caller ID ( +40 (250) 010 28 ). They called and hung up without leaving a message. I'm guessing it's another collection agency looking for the person who had my phone number before I did.
I have no idea because my phone is set up to connect automatically when my earphones are plugged in which is all the time. I only charge it for going into town and then let it die down and I don't use between time.
So these guys just get dead air time. LOL Darn so sorry I missed them. LOL

This number called and left no message. Called back to find I was connect directly to an agent at Car Care Center. These are the annoying cold callers who try to sell extended warranties for your car. Best to just block these guys.
