Received an unsolicited call from this number asking for someone else. Caller would not disclose their name or what they were calling about, nor leave a message. Very suspicious. Called the number back later after business hours and got a voicemail saying it is "Valentine & Kerbatas" - never heard of them, but Google found http://www.vnkinc.com/ - looks like a debt collector, but neither I nor the person they were asking for have any debt.

Discussing someone else's debt with you easily attracts FDCPA lawsuits. The forced secrecy is not the suspicious part. The agency rep is required to give a business name on request. It may also be that VKI already knows how to contact the correct person but chose to hassle you first. It's a common tactic for generating anxiety. This company has a filthy reputation and has repeatedly sent angry shills to sites like this.
