calls several times a week, I don't answer, no message left, I now can block and I did

At least one call a day for the past month, all from different phone numbers. Same recording. Push 1 to fill out an application, push 2 to go on our do no call list. Neither does anything. Can't block because they use a different phone number each time. They call early in the morning and often wake me up. Can't find any information about this "company" online.
