They told me they were from Wal-Mart and was selected to get a $200 gift card and another $100 rebate card (various retailers). The only thing they would need is $4 and some change for shipping. They then asked for credit card or debit card. Obvious scam. If they can afford to hand out $300 for nothing they could cover the shipping, or give out $295 instead, keeping $5 to cover the shipping!
