Yeah this guy did the same thing (or tried to) for a house in Richmond Va, once I saw the little questionnaire I knew something was up. I tried to contact the owner via Zillow.
Warning, owner at 1607 Treboy Ave Richmond va, if this is your home some asshat is using your place as a dummy for a scam.
I didn't get a call from this number but it was used to scam me out of 1200$. With the promise of a rental house. I paid two mo. Rent and deposit. When I still couldn't get the keys I did a number search and found this sight.
I am an owner of a house in St. Louis, MO - This person tried to use my house as a rental scam. He says he just moved out of state and is texting and emailing people who are responding to his fake ad. My house is renting for $1200 per month and he has an ad up for $900. A potential tenant forwarded me the ad and I saw that this scammer even got ahold of my current tenants name and is posing as him. It it's too good to be true it probably is...also wouldn't you want to see the house before you send anyone your personal information and money??? See the scammers email below:
