total scammers. professional white collar identity thieves posing as a law firm. Claimed to be a collection agency, and I have nothing in collections. When I told them I'd be happy to come to their office to discuss it or they could send me the bill in the mail so I could look it over and pay them by check, they hung up on me. Do not give them info!!!!!
This call is from "Brumbaugh & Quandahl, P.C., LLO" in Omaha, NE. After a little research we can attest that this is not a true law firm but as you can see from other pages, RipoffReport and other sties like this they front as one. My experience went like this: They called me on my private cell number which I do not give out to anyone but family saying I had a unpaid bill HOWEVER would not disclose to whom the bill was for. Brumbaugh & Quandahl, P.C., LLO" claimed to be "hired by a company for the sole purpose on a debt and would protect to the fullest extent of the law their clients identity". The only issue is we do NOT pay our bills late, ever. We also use our estate manager to pay all of our bills. They would not disclose the amount owed OR to whom it was owed. This is obviously not legit. The Brumbaugh & Quandahl, P.C., LLO representative also would not give me his name or contact information, only that they would be sending us a statemetn in the mail. When I asked to which address he replied "we do not give out address information over the phone but said he would be happy to VERIFY mine for me for accuracy. What a joke. As such, I have contacted both my general counsel and our tax attorneys on them to pry and shake some feathers and will also be calling the Omaha Police Department to report the fraudulent attempt. We recommend doing the same. I will update this as we find out more information.
These people have been harrassing me for the past 2 yrs over a dept I know nothing about. Sent out paperwork to dispute the supposed garnishment of my pay in court. I am on disability, went before the judge in small claims court and she dimissed the case after Brumbaugh's rep said they were not going to persue it. A month later, the calls started coming in on my phone again, and I was later served with paperwork again to dispute this claim in court. These people do not give up. If this continues, I will seek legal action against them. I have blocked their number on my phone and will no longer accept any notifications from them.
