I got a call from this #.  I didn't call back because I was afraid that I would get a very high phone bill as before for $1,500

I got a call from this number too, no message left though. I didn't want to answer a strange area code.

Qwest called me to tell me the service tech for my home phone line wasn't going to make it today, and it showed up from this number.
