It's Professional Research Consultants.

It is professional Research consultants, they are just calling to conduct a survey. They are hired by hospitals all over the country to conduct these surveys.

caller said she is from "UCSF -University of California San Franciso Medical Center" for research....WTH?????

They call me about 2-3 times a day at work.  I refused to answer it as I didn't know who they were.  Unfortunately our voice mail at work is out so I have to listen to the phone ring.  I will continue to ignore them.
