Fake US Marshals office trying to extort money, total illiterate hood rat reading from a card, 100% criminal.  Block them.  This is domestic cyber terrorism, phishing & scamming; criminal acts.  These callers are optimizing stolen and breached personal information to run their scams.  People are intimidated when they are attacked with detailed and well scripted, small bits of open-source information; don't fall for it, these are criminals - plain and simple.  Don't release/confirm/deny ANY information.  Better yet, don't answer.   Best advise - block the number(s), report it to the FCC site, share and stay informed.
