Who called from 4026715170

I get these call's at least 3 times a week and when I call back it rings 1 time and goes to a busy signal who yhe hell is this?

A woman from called with this number. She was very rude, I asked what she was calling about and she basically hung up on me.

I am getting phone calls from this number and a bunch like it.. Is this something to do with maybe signing up online for various products or services. Possibly a loan?

Keeps calling my girlfriends number too. Third time in about last week. Doesn't leave a message. She has no debt, credit cards or loans. So, if it's a collector, they're barking up the wrong tree.

While working, I received a call from this number more than once. As I did not recognize it, I just did not answer. Then I call back to know what is it all about, nobody answers.
