Who called from 4027

+4027 anyone know anything about this number?

I got a phone call from a guy using +4027. I believe he is a scammer. He pretends to love me, then in the end, he asked for money. His email is [email protected]

I received a call today 13:20 ( 17 Dec 2014). He Confirm my name and disconnect after say thank you.
Please advice what should i do now

They are scammers trying to get more info on you. They also use +15162347770.

Guy - thanks for that - keep getting that no. Could it be a case of trying you get you to call back to a premium rate number and making money off you that way ?????
