Caller ID reports this number as "Fremont Schools"  however the caller indicates that she can lower my visa MC rates.  When asked about the number id - she just referred to the "automatic dialer"   -- sounds like this is just another way to get people to answer their phones -- I would not have answered an "unknown number" ID!
