With my blackberry I was able to use my mr number call to block the # 402-802-9577 since I just added it to the block list. Will pick up the call automatically & hang up on them after 2 seconds lol. Idk what other cell phones u can get that app on but hopefully this is somewhat helpful.

It is a call center and they do political and sales calls. Just call them back.....stay on the phone and listen..toward the end it will ask you to enter your ten digit phone number to be removed from their calling list. it worked for me.
I couldn't tell if they were saying they were CCC or PCC or something like that. They gave a website:
Info@pccmarketing or info@cccmarketing. Like I said, I couldn't understand what they said.
