This was a very odd call. I couldn't decide if it was a robot or not. He asked for my husband (it's my cell) at first I thought it was one of our friends and I said "You know he's not here." Then he abruptly said "Is it ok?" I saud "That you called?" He was reading a script or a robot. He cut me off and said "I am calling on behalf of the D.A.V." I don't know, anyway He said he wanted to know if we'd like to contribute to the D.A.V. if he mailed us a pledge form. There were packages Red=$50 White=$35 Blue=$20 I said blue was fine then he wanted a "100%" commitment from me with a credit card. Nope. I cut him off and he said "Have a nice day." So don't know if it's a scam or not just putting this here so others will know. :-)
Got a call from this number. I usually answer unknown numbers in case it's an emergency. I said "Hello?" and there was no answer, so I looked at my phone and the call was disconnected. According to my phone, I answered the call, but apparently they hung up without saying anything. Looked up the number online and it said it could be from Omaha, Nebraska.
