People if u have  caller id and not  know the number  just pick up the  reciever and hang up on them  right  away   or let the answering machine  pick up

Call many times and never leave a message. Called back and it is a collection agency looking for someone named Gail Hackel. They claim my phone number belongs to Gail Hackel.  I have never heard of this person and I have had the same phone number for 35 years.
