Message said something like this: "Document call of record - final attempt to contact you or your attorney of record on pending case set to be filed in your county today. Contact the office immediately at 402-817-7834. Good luck.""

Automated voice stating something along the lines of "You have a pending case in your county. Please press 1 (or stay on the line) to speak to an investigator". Our secretarial staff is told to report but not continue with calls like these so format of the call beyond this point is unknown. Thus far, our fraud protection department has no information for this caller.
Just got a call from these guys stating they are charging me with 2 felony charges for not paying back 2 payday loans, that ive never tried to get, unless I pay them? Gotta be a fraud scam!
