Received a call yesterday and today from this number, I hung up on them Our bills are paid on time so let them keep calling and we will keep hanging up on them.
Voice mail,,,,charged pending, me or my atty need to call back today or I will be in the courthouse. No name of any company, no name of the person that left the message..oh, she did tell me good luck at the end of the voicemail.
Lincoln, NE....they have moved from 800 numbers it would seem.
Same thing here. "You have a pending case. If you or your attorney don't call us we will begin the legal process. Govern yourself accordingly.." Blah, blah, blah.. I have talked to my attorney and he said it was a scam. I know I don't owe anyone money, nor have I written any bad checks and I reported them to the FTC but still they keep calling. They have for almost a year now, every day and I can only block so many phone numbers and I am on the "Do not call registry" and yet, everyday, I get a call from these "people". What a joke. Something needs to be done about these crooks but I know there are hundreds of thousands of them out there to try and track down.
They are SCAMMERS. Any company will give their name and they had the audacity to start an argument. Liars and fraud. ALL 402 numbers are them changing their numbers. I picked up the phone today and said hello Scammer. How do you want to rip off someone today? They hung up. I owe nobody and especially a Payday loan or government loan.
Same message about a lawsuit...there is no lawsuit. The woman sounds African American on my voicemail, but nowadays who knows. No business name left or name of the lady calling. Total scam - Do not give any personal information to these people.
