Who called from 4028181360

It's pretty creepy. I heard a choking sound then my phone just hung up.

Got a call from this number. Did not pick up. No message left. Probably a telemarketing or scam number. Beware! Added to block list.

No caller ID she insisted on knowing my exact age before she could ask any questions said thank you and hung up before getting any information

I  keep getting called by this number and when I finally did answer the lady on other end already knew my name.  I asked "who is this?" and she hung up. I called back and it says they are a gallup poll. I don't believe that. This number probably a scam.
