Who called from 4028290520

My phone showed "scam likely". Blocked.

Called and did not answer. Left no message so blocked it.

This number has called me every single day for the past week and a half! I don't know anyone in Nebraska so I don't answer. I assume it is a scammer

Gallup must really want my opinion, they've called four times in a week. Still refusing to answer. Am guessing they don't adhere to do not call policies. Perhaps I'm an isolationist but, can't we all just be ignored?

Called many times.  "Gallup org."  Didn't leave a message.  Fishing scam?  Don't know for sure.  I don't answer if I don't know the caller.
